“There is a voice in your body that doesn’t use words.
So often we are at odds in our own skin.
Moving through life without trusting ourselves fills us with anxiety, inner conflict, stress and we struggle to find confidence in our thoughts and decisions. We may even give our trust away and look to others for approval.
There are so many things I want you to know about yourself, but most of all, I want you to know how to use your God-given gift of personal knowledge. You have the right to trust yourself.
This workshop provides the setting, time, and guidance to challenge your perceptions and practice new ways of trusting yourself.

How your head, heart, and gut respond to confusion vs truth
What narratives cloud your personal wisdom and how to rewrite them
How to lean into your God-given gift of personal wisdom
How to engage, question, and discover truth with your head, heart, and guts
How to act on your truth with love, warmth, and goodness

3:30 The practice of doubt + questions
4:30 Story Weaving, Mind Mapping + discovering your personal wisdom
6:00 pm Dinner + Goodbyes: off-site/dinner is not provided
Saturday Morning Salt River Paddleboarding 7 am-11am aprx. Practice trusting yourself on the river. Wild horse sighting guaranteed. Additional $20-30, to be paid separately.
What to wear, bring, and do:
Wear comfy clothes, we will move, yoga, meditation, walking, and be sitting on the floor or cushions
Let us know of any special requests, needs, allergies you may have
Bring a refillable water bottle
Bring pre-class homework
*Optional paddleboarding: swimsuit/shorts/hat/sunscreen/sunglasses/waterbottle

*Movement and Meditation is for all skill levels and can accommodate any individual needs
*This workshop includes tools inspired by yoga/meditation science and philosophy, PolyVagal Theory, LDS and Christian philosophy, Nervous System Regulation, and Narrative Theory as well as research from Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr. Kevin Skinner, Dr. Gretchen Schmelzer, and Dr. Peter Levine.
